Secret sisters stalk me
like ghosts in the medicine cabinet
whispering
take me
drink me

and that is all I’ve seen
a jack without a queen
some royalty unclean

I cry for justice
I cry to Saint Jude
but no one answers
Except the sisters, whispering

take me
drink me
